Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All garments in the SWANK × Honorificabilitudinabilis collection are produced on demand. Each item is created individually when an order is placed, ensuring precision, accountability, and zero overproduction.

Orders typically take 5–10 business days to produce before shipping. During high-volume periods or special releases, production times may extend slightly.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order is complete, it is shipped directly from our fulfillment partner Printful. Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery estimates are approximate and begin once the parcel has been dispatched. You’ll receive tracking information by email when your order leaves the studio.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Select pieces or collections may include complimentary tracked shipping as stated on the product page.

4. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking indicates your parcel has not moved for an unusual period, contact us at fashion@swanklondon.com. We will liaise with Printful to initiate an investigation and, where appropriate, issue a replacement.

6. Returns Due to Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders returned because of incomplete or incorrect addresses can be re-sent once additional postage is paid.
